  1. I take a low-dose multi-vitamin/mineral tablet about every 3-5 days. I eat what is considered a healthy diet, but probably benefit from the limited supplementation, I just don’t want the cumulative effect and build-up of the fat soluble vitamins and certain minerals.

  2. Im almost 55 and lean on a lot of processed food and microwave meals to get me through the work week. Yes, a less than ideal diet…. For this reason I do take 1 One-a-Day Men’s a day. When I don’t for a week or so, I notice low energy and lethargy. I feel this is probably proof that they work for me. I have some digestive abnormalities from cancer surgery 12 years ago also – so it feels like the right thing to do, and is advised by a MA at yearly physicals every year
