Every time I try Ashwaganda, I get depressed. Strange!
I use L theanine and magnesium every day, some times in copious amounts. Not bragging, just seems to help on really stressful days. I can also tell you. If you’re an empath chances are very good that you have high stress and anxiety. Trust me when I tell you this: phosphatidylserine is your friend. I use phosphatidylserine midday, L theanine in the evening, and magnesium before bed and any other high stress times. I pretty much 86’d all other supplements besides Thiamine. Supplements often make me feel like crap anyway.
