  1. Taking D3 By itself is very dangerous.. You must take D3+K2I nstead.. k2 makes sure the calcium in your blood is carried to your bones & teeth.. Otherwise, it will be deposited on your blood vessels like Plaques..
    Also include Magnesium to support repair function..
