How, you ask? Eat clean (whole or minimally processed) foods, cut out added sugars and drink more water. Try to focus on lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and seeds, and lots of veggies. Clean eating is flexible and all about balance. Cutting out the processed ingredients is what makes such a difference. I’m happy to share more information if you have any questions.   1. 304 to 176, I’m a totally different human by nearly every metric. It took nearly two years. I never counted calories. Limit sugar of all types. Only eat food that was recently alive. If it comes in a package with a picture of food on it, it ain’t food in it. Yea you can eat it, but why really. If you eat real food your body will return to a normal state.
