  1. I agree, but it isn’t that easy. The goal is spot on, but not everyone is gonna be able to progress as much, or as quickly, everyone is different. Mental health isn’t so simple.

  2. I feel anxiety doesnt always come from good place its sometimes when theres toxicity around you and in that case its better to close the chapter and move towards your mental comfort
